Venice Open Stage

D/Collective

This project delves into the complex landscape of masculinity, undertaking an in-depth investigation that challenges and deconstructs the conventional definitions outlined by social and cultural norms. By examining masculinity through the lens of vulnerabilities, repression and the construction of gender roles, the initiative encourages a profound re-evaluation of male identity, promoting a reconnection to the most primal, emotional and sensitive aspects of men’s nature.
